Monthly fees (Before & after school care)

Before and After Care are billed monthly during the school year (August - June). Important note: times may vary for inclement weather or other emergency situations. Siblings will each receive 5% off of monthly fees. **Pricing Subject to change each school year.

After School Care - Elementary

Care for your child on school days from dismissal until 5:45 PM.

After School Care - PreK

Care for your child on school days from dismissal until 5:45 PM.

Before School Care - Elementary

Summer Fees

If care is for the MNPS Promising Scholars Program, it follows the monthly rate schedule; this is for full day care/camps.

Weekly Day Camp Fee

$325

Care for your child from 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM. Themed camp programming will occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM so that most students will be able to participate.

Daily Rate

$80

While not encouraged, we know that sometimes parents need care for only a day or two. Those days MUST be arranged and approved in advance and are contingent on program availability.

Registration Fee

$65

Everyone will have to pay an annual registration fee. This is paid through ProCare at the time of registration. This fee will be invoiced and paid upon registering for the school year. If a student does not attend during the school year, there will be a discounted summer registration fee.

Extended Days

$45 - 65

These are days when school is not in session (like teacher in service days or fall break) and require sign ups in advance. Monthly attendees will pay a lower rate than those who only attend extended days.

Late Sign Up Fee

$10

This applies to extended days. We have sign ups on our website until 2 weeks before the day. If you fail to sign up timely, we will charge this late sign up fee to compensate our staff for last minute schedule changes.

Change of Clothes Fee

$15

Should your child require a change of clothes, there will be a fee so we can re-stock. If your child has a change of clothes, there is no fee.

Late Pickup Fee

This is per-child-per-minute for any time a child is on premises beyond the 15 minute grace period for pick ups after closing.

All programs are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment or at the director's discretion. We will always refund a cancelled program and will give as much notice as possible.
